Bahrain warns its citizens in Iran and Iraq to return immediately due to soaring US-Iran tensions

Manama — Bahrain on Saturday has sent a warning notification to all its citizens staying in Iran and Iraq to return immediately for their safety due to the soaring US-Iran tensions.

Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry cited, “unstable regional circumstances, dangerous developments and potential threats,” quoted by Bahrain’s News Agency.

The warning has been rolled out amidst soaring tensions between United States and Iran.

United States on Wednesday has pulled their non-emergency staff members working in its embassy in Iraq with the serious concerns of perceived threats from neighboring Iran to which Iraqi Shitte militias are allied.

The famous Oil producer Exxon on Saturday evacuated its foreign staff from an Iraqi oilfield.
