Pakistani scientist ranked among world’s top computer science researchers

Islamabad – Pakistani scientist Dr. Mubashir Husain Rehmani has been named among the list of world’s top computer science researchers for the second time.

According to Clarivate Web of Science, Dr. Mubashir got the Highly Cited Researcher award 2021 in the cross-field through the publication of cited papers during the last decade.

Dr. Mubashir is a graduate of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology’s Department of Computer Systems Engineering’s 1st Batch.

His work focuses on wireless networks, blockchain, cognitive radio networks, and software-defined networks.

He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles, of which 12 were among the highly-cited articles by Clarivate.

In June, Springer published his book ‘Blockchain Systems and Communication Networks’.

Clarivate compiles every year a list of highly cited researchers across the world, highlighting the top 1% of scientists by citations.
