Riyadh – Dr. Issam bin Saad bin Saeed, the Kingdom’s State Minister and Cabinet member for Shoura Council affairs, held a productive meeting with Ghanem bin Fadl Al-Buainain, Bahrain’s Minister of Shura and Parliament Affairs, in Riyadh.
